最近需要結合WordPress與Facebook的功能，查了一些二邊分享文章的方法。
使用share.php parameter 連結語法(蠻多plugin都是這個做法):
http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=<url to share>&t=<title of content>
u:要分享的連結
t:內容標題

以上二種都是發佈到個人的wall上，不符合我的需求，
