[Eclipse] UTF-8 環境設定

Eclipse UTF-8環境設定
1.Windows->Preferences
2.偏好視窗:General->Workspace
    Text file encoding 把 default(MS950)改Other的UTF-8
3.偏好視窗:Web->JSP Files
     把Encoding改為UTF-8
